The Immune System Has Three Main Functions:

1.Defense:
The immune cells will create antibodies like bullets or bombs to kill the intruders.

2. Clearance:
The immune cells eliminate wastes and impurities including the remains of bacteria and dead cells from our body, through sweat and phlegm.

3. Repair:
The immune cells will repair the injured tissues like a cut to the finger, enabling the wound to be healed within a few days.

The Vitamin Pill Misconception

Many people take vitamin supplements on a daily basis thinking that they are getting their needed nutrition. Isolated nutrients often lose the overall benefit that the balanced nutrition of a whole plant can offer. To qualify as a healthy food, a plant or some portion of a plant must be used in its whole form. Our bodies need thousands of different types of nutrients, not just a few vitamins, like A, B, C, D, E, etc. Vitamin supplements appear to be a fast and efficient solution to make up for malnutrition, but new studies show that vitamins do not function independently - they are complex structures that work synergistically with other vitamins and nutrients found in the plants. Vitamins are present in all plant foods and are essential for good health; however, isolated vitamins are not healthy. What we are just now discovering is that isolated vitamins (nutrients in plants that are taken out and concentrated into pills) are not as beneficial as initially thought. In fact, vitamins that have been isolated away from the wholesome plant actually become toxic and will throw the body chemistry out of balance. Even if taking vitamin supplements was beneficial, would those few vitamins be enough to give our Immune System ample nutrition? Obviously not, because cancer and heart diseases are still major causes of death and are still on the rise. Inside each type of plant, there are literally thousands of vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals that our bodies need. It is always best to eat wholesome foods and not isolated vitamins because there might be other nutrients inside plants that scientists have not discovered yet! We need the whole spectrum of nutrients from the plant, not just a few nutrients from it! Ask yourself, is my body so simple that just a few vitamin pills can keep you healthy? Obviously the answer is no, we need to get our nutrition from wholesome, organically grown plant foods!

Your Immune System doesn't need drugs. It needs the Nutrition that can only come from wholesome organically grown plant foods and herbs, grown, harvested, and processed, with strict adherence to the principles of Nutritional Immunology.

Nutritional Immunology

Nutritional Immunology is a new branch of science that studies the relationship between nutrition and the immune system. The pioneer of this new research science is Dr. Jau Fei Chen; after years of research, Dr. Jau Fei Chen has discovered the answers to the question of why we are all so sick today. She concluded that drugs are not the answer and that the best doctor in the world is our immune system. Her science of Nutritional Immunology answers the question of why so many people are sick today, when we have the most advanced medical technology in the history of the world...
The answer is shocking! Yes, virtually all types of illness and diseases can be traced back to malnutrition! However, this type of malnutrition is not because we are not eating enough food; it is because we are not eating the proper food. As you have already read; Even if we tried very hard to eat the right foods, on average, over 90% of the disease fighting nutrients and immune system enhancers will be missing from the foods we eat (on a daily basis). If 90% seems rather high, please keep in mind that we are only talking about the disease fighting nutrients and immune system enhancers, and not the carbohydrates, sugars, fats, and proteins that gives foods most of its taste. The latter provide energy and building material for your body, but do little for helping the immune system fight illness or disease!

Nutritional Immunology is a new science that studies how nutrition relates to the immune system. Learning about Nutritional Immunology is a vital part of your education before you can truly understand all eight vital healing steps. Nutritional Immunology, is a science that studies:
1. the types of food which support the immune system (plant foods)
2. the part(s) of plants that should be used
3. how the plant should be grown
4. when it should be harvested
5. how it should be processed
6. how it should be formulated (.i.e. taken in combination with other plants foods for best effect)

Although Nutritional Immunology focuses mostly on nutrition, it also stresses the importance of moderate exercise, sleep, stress reduction, and drinking enough clean water.

Dr. Jau-Fei Chen's Mission

Imagine being Dr. Chen, you are a genius researcher who has found a way to fix the world’s health problems... After all your research, you have come to the conclusion that trying to find drugs to solve all of our health problems is not the answer. Even though drugs may have a role to play, the very best Doctor in the world is our immune system! ONLY our immune system can heal and cure, literally, all disease and illness! You have also concluded that the key to strengthening our immune system lies mostly on eating the right types of plant foods and herbs; and that our ability to succeed at this is going to depend on finding ways to grow, harvest, process, and preserve plant foods and herbs properly, without destroying any of their precious disease-fighting nutrients and immune system enhancer. Imagine dedicating the rest of your life to finding out how to grow, harvest and select the best parts of plant foods and herbs to fight disease and enhance the immune system. Now imagine the joy of finally succeeding at formulating the right combinations of plant foods and herbs to cleanse, balance and nourish the immune system and body back to health! You pioneered the new science of Nutritional Immunology, and believe that sharing this knowledge will make everyone healthy again. Can you imagine the frustration, after all your work, only to be greeted by a world not ready to listen or believe the simple truth that vegetables, fruits, and herbs are the very best cures of this world.

This story has pretty much been the life of Dr. Jau-Fei Chen. She has even brought her findings to the American Institute of Cancer Research. They agreed with her findings! Unfortunately, at the conclusion of that meeting, it was stated that the job of educating the public to (simply) eat more of the right fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs daily, as well as to stop eating too much processed foods was too big for the institute. Furthermore, the institute stated that the job should be the work of the government because simply educating people about nutrition was not going to be enough to make an impact; the government would have to pass a bill to control how food is grown, harvested, processed, and preserved, and this bill would have to go as far as legislating how food can be prepared in food establishments and even in our own homes. Can you imagine the uproar! So what do you think the government said?

They said, “Wouldn’t that take away personal liberty? Don’t people have the right to decide what they eat? Think about the economic impact! Economic power today is heavily structured around the fast food and processed food industry. It would virtually cripple our economy to legislate what food can be served and how it should be grown, harvested, and processed. Until our economic structure evolves to the point that it is no longer so dependent on processed food, and until the public becomes more educated about Nutritional Immunology, our hands are tied." Just as they were tied when the crisis was cigarettes, smoking and lung cancer many years ago.

Dr. Jau-Fei Chen knows that her discoveries will save lives and that this is too important and exciting to have to wait for the public to be ready to listen or for the government to become involved. Therefore, she has made it her personal mission to share the knowledge about her new science of Nutritional Immunology with everyone who will listen. Those who have listened to her message no longer live in fear of dying from illnesses like cancer or heart disease! Her mission is to share the gift of health and the knowledge of Nutritional Immunology with the world.
